I first met Leah after my first baby when she helped my recovery from spd during pregnancy. After that I went to her pilates classes. Leah was my first port of call on my subsequent pregnancies and when I had symptoms of prolapse, because she always knew exactly what needed to be done. The pilates classes are always fun and work on the needs of everyone in the class to keep us all moving well. Anytime I feel myself scrunched up I can hear Leah's voice in my head. "Shoulders down away from your ears" and "pits to hips" and I feel the tension ease!

Leah is a brilliant Physio and Pilates instructor. I started about 7 years ago with classes when I was pregnant. And they kept all the aches and pain at bay. She’s really helped in my Physio sessions over the years too. She’s great at explaining what the issue is and the exercises have always worked for me!

During 2021 I started Pilates classes online with Leah and I have benefitted enormously from same. Classes are delivered in an engaging way with a little bit of fun added in. Leah is a true professional with a wonderful personality who really cares about patients and is an excellent Pilates Instructor.
